Only tickets purchased before Midnight, January 19, 2024 will be eligible to win the VIP Prize. VIP draw will commence at 10 a.m. February 28, 2024.

Only tickets purchased before Midnight, February 9, 2024, will be eligible to win the Bonus Prize. Bonus draw will commence at 10 a.m. February 28, 2024.

*Only tickets purchased before the Early Bird ticket sales deadline of Midnight, March 1, 2024 are eligible to win the Early Bird Prize. If Home Lottery sales conclude by the Early Bird ticket sales deadline, all draws including the 50/50 Add-On and the 100 Days of Winning Cash Calendar Add-On will commence at 10:00 a.m. March 13, 2024. The top prize winners will be announced March 14, 2024.

**If Home Lottery sales continue after the Early Bird ticket sales deadline, then only the Early Bird draw will commence at 10:00 a.m. March 13, 2024. Final ticket sales deadline is Midnight, March 15, 2024. The remaining prize draws, including the 50/50 Add-On and the 100 Days of Winning Cash Calendar Add-On, will commence at 10:00 a.m. March 27, 2024. The top prize winners will be announced March 28, 2024.

DRAW ORDER AND PROCEDURE

The first draw is for the VIP Prize. The second draw is for the Bonus Prize. The next draw is for the Early Bird Prize; then draws are made in the order of the ascending retail value, beginning with the prizes of least retail value.

After each draw, including the VIP, Bonus, and Early Bird draws, the winning ticket number is recorded and the ticket number is eligible for subsequent draws. Each ticket purchased before the VIP ticket sales deadline is eligible for 386 prizes. Each ticket purchased after the VIP ticket sales deadline but before the Bonus ticket sales deadline is eligible for 385 draws. Each ticket purchased after the Bonus ticket sales deadline but before the Early Bird ticket sales deadline is eligible for 384 draws. Tickets purchased after the Early Bird ticket sales deadline will be eligible for the remaining 383 draws. All draws will be held at the offices of MNP LLP, Suite 800, 119-4th Avenue South, Saskatoon, SK. The top valued prize draw announcements may be televised at the Grand Prize Showhome.

Prize draws follow a strict set of procedures, with draw control oversight by MNP LLP and under licensing approval by the licensing body, Saskatchewan Liquor and Gaming Authority (SLGA).

Each prize draw will select one (1) winner at random. All draws are open to ticket holders. The draws will be completed using Random Number Generator (RNG). A draw will only be deemed valid and complete upon final confirmation and recording by MNP LLP.

†50/50 Add-On and 100 Days of Winning Cash Calendar Add-On tickets must be ordered in conjunction with your Hospital Home Lottery ticket(s). 50/50 Add-On and 100 Days of Winning Cash Calendar Add-On orders will not be accepted after your original Hospital Home Lottery ticket order date. A maximum of 418,917 50/50 Add-Ons are available for sale. Winner will be awarded a minimum payout of $150,000 or half of the total sales up to a maximum of $628,375.00.

There are 100 prizes in the 100 Days of Winning Cash Calendar Add-On with a total prize value of $148,000. A maximum of 81,275 100 Days of Winning Cash Calendar Add-Ons are available for sale. 100 Days of Winning Cash Calendar Add-On winner’s information will be posted daily on the lottery website beginning May 1, 2024, according to the sequential manner in which they were drawn.

If Home Lottery sales conclude by the Early Bird ticket sales deadline of Midnight, March 1, 2024, the Add-On draws will take place on March 13, 2024. If Home Lottery sales continue after the Early Bird ticket sales deadline, the Add-On draws will take place on March 27, 2024.

All winners of prizes will be notified in writing by MNP LLP as to what they have won and how to claim prizes. All prizes must be accepted as awarded with no cash equivalents available unless otherwise described in the brochure.

All prizes should be claimed within one (1) year of the applicable draw date. In the event that winners have not claimed their prizes within that period, and after reasonable attempts have been made to contact that winner (i.e. telephone, mail), then the prize will be submitted to a charity approved by the SLGA.

Approximate retail value of all Home Lottery prizes: $2,435,420.75 including taxes. Prizes awarded may not be exactly as illustrated.

In the event of a sell out prior to the Early Bird deadline, a complete winners list will be posted online at HospitalHomeLottery.org on March 28, 2024. If sales continue after the Early Bird deadline, the winners list will be available on April 11, 2024.

The Grand Prize Showhome is awarded fully furnished, professionally decorated and landscaped. Possession date and title transfer: April 5 or April 19, 2024. Winners of the Grand Prize Showhome will be required to sign a Full and Final Release prior to home title being transferred.

Retail values are approximate as of the date contracts were negotiated with suppliers. Due to housing market fluctuations, the market value of the real estate prize may rise or diminish over time. Winner or charity is not entitled to the difference, if any, between the stated and actual market value at the time the prize is awarded. Prizes include taxes and freight, where applicable.

Personal information collected will be used to fulfill ticket orders, provide information on our future lotteries, contact prize winners and publicize the names of prize winners. The following, including their spouse and any related or dependent person residing in the same household, are prohibited from purchasing a ticket: Board members, executives and staff of the Royal University, St. Paul’s and Saskatoon City Hospital Foundations, Executive Teams of Builders contracted to provide real estate prizes to this lottery, any contracted interior designers partners, and Partners and employees of MNP LLP and its affiliates. The official ticket is a receipt of purchase. Purchasers must be at least 18 years of age. Tickets cannot be purchased in the name of a minor.

The liability of the licensee of the lottery shall be limited to the purchase price of the ticket(s).
